Reformer Pilates: (All levels)
This class offers a transformative experience, guiding you through a harmonious fusion of controlled exercises and fluid motions. The reformer, a specialized apparatus equipped with adjustable springs and a gliding carriage, becomes your personal sanctuary for sculpting a stronger, more balanced body.
Every movement becomes an opportunity to cultivate strength, flexibility, and grace. Fostering a deep connection between muscle and movement.
Jumpboard Reformer: (All levels)
Our cardio reformer takes the principles of our mixed level reformer class and adds cardio elements to pick the heart rate up! In this class, we add the cardio tramp onto the reformer machine which allows us to incorporate jumping elements mixed in with our regular Pilates moves.
ON Mats: (All levels)
ON Mats is a low impact full body workout with an emphasis on core strength, typically done on the floor but with some standing or seated exercises. ON Mats also works on posture, flexibility, standing strength and balance. This is suitable for those who are perhaps new to exercise or those simply looking for a slower pace.
We will also add strength elements during mat classes by using props.
ON Power - (Intermediate-advanced level) ON Power is most suited to those who have a good level of fitness. Its focus is on building strength and endurance through quick movements and long holds, also improving your flexibility and balance. Expect a lot of fun in this class as you work out to upbeat music!
ON Flow- (All levels)
This class will be starting slow then building in intensity before bringing it all the way back down again. During ON Flow you will be combining movement with breath, flowing between held postures to build strength and flexibility.
Posture Clinic:
We believe a healthy posture is the foundation for a balanced and pain-free life. Many of us find ourselves working from home, often perched on uncomfortable chairs or sofas for a long period of time . Over time, these habits can take a toll on our bodies, leading to nagging neck, shoulder and back pains, caused by poor posture.
Through targeted exercises, specialised band workouts and the principles of Pilates, we empower you to strengthen the crucial stabilizing muscles that support a healthy posture.
